Station Square Parade is a residential redevelopment completed in 2018, located directly next to Colchester North Station, one of the town’s main transport hubs. By integrating durable, low-maintenance porcelain paving across balconies and terraces, the project delivers functional, attractive external areas that complement the overall architectural design.

Supplied and installed a combination of Alfresco Rowe, Moroto and Umber 20mm thick porcelain tiles, a mixture of sizes, (600mm x 600mm and 400mm x 1200mm) on Buzon UK pedestal system supporting everything at build up heights of approximately 150mm.

Originally a 1980s office building the scheme was converted into 68 one- and two-bedroom apartments, many featuring private balconies and shared courtyard spaces.
Alfresco Floors supplied 500 m² of mixed format 20mm external porcelain tiles for the balconies and terraces.
