Alfresco Floors are the UK’s most established specialist in the provision and installation of pedestal-based external Class A fire-rated floors.
We provide a complete and comprehensive service to the market and have three Class A-rated sub-frame systems: A-PED, REIF DuraLink and AR-System. We also supply a large variety of Class A-rated surface products: aluminium decking, porcelain tiles, concrete and natural stone pavers.
The team at Alfresco Floors have unrivalled experience in exterior flooring. During this time, we have become familiar with all manner of materials, all sorts of technical challenges, and just about every type of ‘raised floor’ installation system.
As a direct consequence of this practical, first-hand experience, we now focus our efforts exclusively on the products and solutions that we know offer the best combination of not only fire safety but price, prestige, and practicality.
Alfresco Floors is the sister company to The Outdoor Deck Company and Buzon UK Ltd. All three companies share a long and well-respected track record in the industry, with over 20 years` experience in the design, supply and installation of commercial and domestic exterior floors, all over the UK.
Collectively, we specialise in hard landscaping systems which feature a variety of surfaces and support technologies – these include 20mm porcelain tiles, natural stone, concrete paving, timber and composite decks, hidden fixing clips for decks, and an extensive range of adjustable support pedestals for raised external floors, including both A and B fire-rated systems.
Individually all three companies offer technical design consultancy services, material supply, and in-house installation teams. However, our ability to instantly access specialist products and skills between companies means that most of our projects are a complete `turn-key` combination of services.
All our products and installation systems have been chosen to work together technically and aesthetically so (even where multiple surface materials have been specified in a single design) we can usually provide an easy, comprehensive ‘one stop shop’ for architects, designers and contractors.
We identified a huge gap in the UK supply chain to the UK construction industry for a quality fire-rated external flooring system that would meet the new 2019 edition ‘Approved Document B’ - Building Regulations for England.
