Station Square Parade is a 2018 residential development right next to Colchester train station.
Originally a large office building, it has now been converted into 67 one and two bedroom luxury apartments – some with private balconies and all set around a series of internal private courtyards.
The design, supply and installation contract totalled nearly 500m² of external porcelain paving and small section of artificial grass.

Supplied and installed a combination of Alfresco Rowe, Moroto and Umber 20mm thick porcelain tiles, a mixture of sizes, (600mm x 600mm and 400mm x 1200mm) on Buzon UK pedestal system supporting everything at build up heights of approximately 150mm.
